Graduation season is not over yet! These cupcakes are to honor Erin on her graduation day, which happens to be a beautiful day here in New York! Red velvet (my first time using crumbs as part of the finishing touches) and simple chocolate and vanilla with homemade marshmellow fondant toppers in her school colors.
